марина тутушкина Одновременно с комплексным озелене- нием терминала мы в бюро «Фикус» за- нимались ландшафтным проектом при- вокзальной площади, на реализацию которого ушло полтора года. Согласно концепции, погружение гостей в новую среду должно начинаться с интерье- ра и продолжиться за его пределами. Природа Крыма является безусловной визитной карточкой края, поэтому пло- щадь становится ее отражением. Гостей встречают поля местной лаванды и лю- пинов, за которыми возвышается гря- да деревьев. Ключевым организующим звеном этой территории является музы- кальный фонтан, окруженный цветущи- ми катальпами. Всего на общей площади в 25 га высажено 191 новое дерево, среди которых два вида кипарисовика, харак- терных для черноморского побережья, сосны, кедры ливанские. В центральной части площади установлена система ав- тополива, столь необходимая в засушли- вом южном климате.

marina tutushkina We were working on a landscape project for the landside simultaneously with com- plex greening. It took us one year and a half to implement it. According to the concept, the guests’ immersion into new environ- ment should start with the interior and continue when they step out of the build- ing. Crimean nature is an unconditional hallmark of the region, therefore the square becomes its reflection. Guests are welcomed by lavender and lupine fields that are closed up by the massif of trees. The organizational focus of the area is a musical fountain sur- rounded by blooming catalpas. All in all, 191 new trees have been planted on the ter- ritory of 25 ha. Among these are two species of trees, Lebanon cedars. The automatic wa- tering system, much needed in arid South- ern climate, has been installed at the centre of the square.
