The history of Academy in the last 30 years is practically the whole history of architecture, town-planning and construction sciences in new Russia. All significant buildings and main changes in the character of living environment: the change of city images and their suburbs, introduction of new construction technologies, constructive systems and their computation methods, digitalization of design and buildings and structures erection — all these processes have been led by the Academy members and with their direct participation. At the same time, in many respects, the Academy scientists have achieved the world level results and also provided the research of domestic and universal architectural and town planning legacy. Taking into account the competences of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, it appears that the national projects of the Russian Federation must be carried out based on the achievements of the fundamental science. In fact, it is the use of the most recent world level research results and scientific accompaniment, monitoring of national projects from the positions of interdisciplinary scientific competences of the RAACS professional community, that is able to essentially contribute to the goals set by the President and the Government of the Russian Federation. The jubilee volume devoted to the 30th anniversary of the RAACS tells about its history and achievements and represents the global forecast of architecture, town planning and construction sciences development up to 2052. The forecasts are based on the current situation in economy, policy, architecture, town-planning and construction over the world and in Russia in particular and represent the mosaic of individual points of view of academicians, correspondent members and advisers as a combination of independent elements forming a whole and complete picture.
