евгений герасимов Над проектом «Невской Ратуши» мы на- чали работу весной 2007 года, а в сен- тябре конкурсное жюри вынесло своё решение. Стоит сказать, что до этого проекта у нас с Сергеем Чобаном уже были совместные работы. Наше со- трудничество плодотворно развивалось с 2002 года. Мы проектировали «Дом у моря», вместе занимались петербург- ским офисным кварталом «Электрик Сити» на Медиков (сейчас — «Европа Сити»).Соответственно, кпроекту«Нев- ской Ратуши» мы подошли с хорошим опытом сотрудничества. Поскольку од- ним из конкурсных условий была рабо- та российских архитекторов в тандеме с одним из зарубежных бюро, коллабо- рация мастерской «Евгений Герасимов и партнёры» с берлинским бюро Сергея Чобана Tchoban Voss Architekten стало для нас очевидным и идеальным вари- антом.

evgeny gerasimov We started working over Nevskaya City Hall in spring 2007, and in September the Com- petition Jury announced their decision. It is worth mentioning that in the past we already had a positive experience of joint working with Sergei Tchoban. Our coop- eration has been fruitfully developing since 2002. Together we designed the House by the Sea and worked over the Electric City (a business-class residential-commer- cial complex in Medikov Avenue, St. Pe- tersburg, which is now called Europe City). Consequently, we started the Nevskaya City Hall Project on the basis of our previous ex- perience of mutually beneficial cooperation. Since the competition conditions envisaged that the Russian architects should work in tandem with one of the foreign bureaus, cooperation between Evgeny Gerasimov and Partners and Tchoban Voss Architek- ten, the Berlin office of Sergei Tchoban, was an obvious and ideal solution for us.
