The conceptual design of a linear-wave city suggests a total urbanization structure and architectural planned spacing of the modern Russia. Urban tissue, whose structure does not grow developing in some determinate direction, but it just lives. Its geometrical characteristics in different parts depend solely on natural features (nature surrounding, regional topography features, residential density, and etc.).
