The need for industrial optimization led to the fact that already at the design stage the ar- chitects decided to use modular casting sys- tem. For instance, light aluminium modules containing infrastructure are embedded into the structure of main building. This system allowed to ease the construction process and cut costs. The console elements were also de- signed on the basis of light-steel frame, as the protrude from the building rather far. Us- ing these new construction methods changed the interior as well: the architects managed to make the walls a little thinner, but to do that they had to make all the walls carrying, So no reconfigurations are possible in the house.
