Здание, врезанное в береговую линию, оставляет новым городским кварталам широкую пространственную перспективу. Оно служит од- новременно музеем, площадью для городских событий, железнодо- рожной платформой, причалом и спуском пешеходов к воде. Шоссе, железная дорога и река органично встроены в структуру музея. Плат- форма, причал, автобусная остановка – продолжение музея. Железно- дорожная платформа – зал уличного искусства – граффити, автобус- ная остановка – арт-объект, подземная парковка и причал – залы для инсталляций. Фасады, развернутые над рекой, дорогами и набереж- ной, становятся информационными панно – пространством для све- товых арт-проектов. Траектории движения посетителей, персонала и экспонатов раз- делены в отдельные потоки и не пересекаются. Каждый поток имеет собственный вход и систему вертикальных и горизонтальных связей для удобства передвижения. Предусмотрены лифты и пандусы, необ- ходимые для перемещения инвалидов. Здание музея спроектировано как пространственное меню. Начиная от входа, пространство само ве- дет посетителя, и ему остается только выбрать маршрут из предложен- ных вариантов графической навигации. Парковая зона, освобождаемая за счет смещения пятна застройки, и пятый горизонт (ярус) музея – универсальное пространство для ре- ализации быстрых девелоперских проектов в рамках музейной стра- тегии. 110110 | bernaskoni | Москва, россия | 1–2 место

The building, embedded into the line of the riverbank, opens a wide spatial perspective to new city block. The building serves simultaneously as a museum, an area for public events, a railway platform, a pier and a pedestrian ramp leading to the water. The highway, the railway and the river are smooth­ ly incorporated into the structure of the museum. The railway platform, the pier and the bus stop seem to be the museum’s extensions. The platform is a hall of street art – graffiti, the bus stop is an art object, the underground parking and the pier are the halls for installations. The front elevations, facing the river, the roads and the embankment, turn into the information pan­ els, the space for the light artdesigns. The trajectories of the visitors’ flows, the personnel paths and the routes of the exhibits’ relocation are divided into separate streams and never cross each other. Each stream has its own entrance and its own system of vertical and horizontal commu­ nications for the convenience of movement. There are elevators and ramps for the disabled people. The building of the Museum is designed as a spatial menu. Starting from the entrance the space itself guides the visitors, who only need to choose a route from the offered variants of graphic navigation. The park zone created by the displacement of the building site, and the fifth horizon (tier) of the museum are the univer­ sal places for the quick realization of the development projects within the framework of the museum strategy.
