Место первого этажа занимает парковка для катера. Второй этаж – жилая комната. В жилом помеще- нии не предусмотрено отопления, поэтому дом используется только летом. Стены, сложенные из клееных брусьев, завершает двускатная крыша без чердака, под самыми сводами стоит кровать, а кровлей служит пропускающая свет тепловлагостойкая пленка. Открытый воде и небу, этот дом – мечта романтика. / Cutter parking lot takes place of the ground floor. The second floor is a residential room. Residential premises are not provided with heating; therefore the house is only used in summer time. Walls made of glued bars are topped with a double-pitched roof without the attic; a bed stands right beneath the arcs, and transparent temperature- and water-resistant film acts as roofing. This house open to the water and the sky is a romantic person’s dream come true.
