Сейчас на участке расположен руинирован- ный, неоднократно перестраивавшийся фли- гель несохранившейся усадьбы. На месте фли- геля автор спроектировал городскую виллу, тем самым реабилитировав двор. Компактный ли- нейный объем в условиях исторического окру- жения поставлен очень бережно – учитывая масштаб существующих деревьев и ближайших построек, практически все жилые помещения размещены под землей. Для световой прони- цаемости здания применяется индивидуальная фасадная система, в которой используется ком- позитный материал, состоящий из тонкого спи- ла природного камня и многослойного стекла.

Today the ruined rebuilt annex of the non-ex- tant mansion is situated on the site. The author designed an urban villa on the place of the annex, thus rehabilitating the courtyard. The compact lin- ear structure in its historical surroundings is situ- ated very carefully, taking into account the scale of the existing trees and the nearby buildings, al- most all living quarters are situated underground. An individual facade system is used to increase the light penetration of the building. The system uses a composite material that consists of a thin saw cut of natural stone and multi-layer glass.
