Этот дом стал уже третьим опытом проек- тирования в Бутиковском переулке – три года назад здесь же были построены два жилых комплекса тоже по проекту Сергея Скуратова. Протяженный по Бутиковскому переулку фа- сад формирует фронт застройки улицы и закан- чивается мягким углом на повороте, не дохо- дя до красной линии 10 метров, оставляя зону для бульвара вдоль Коробейникова переулка. Разрывы жесткой фронтальной застройки, по- нижение этажности и отступ от красной линии позволяют существенно улучшить инсоляцию квартир всех зданий (в том числе и существую- щих) и психологический климат в квартале.

This house became the third design in Bu- tikovsky side-street – three years ago two living complexes were built here based on the design by Sergey Skuratov. The façade built along Butik- ovskiy side-street shapes the frontal part of the street development and ends with a soft angle on the turn, 10 meters to the alignment line, leav- ing the area for a boulevard along Korobeinikov side-street. The breaks of the hard frontal develop- ment, decrease in the number of floors and the in- dent from the alignment line allow for significant improvement of the incoming sunlight of the flats in all houses (including existing ones) and psycho- logical climate in the quarter.
