Главными ценностями участка, окруженно- го малоэтажной застройкой и зелеными зона- ми, могут считаться парк с роскошными ста- рыми деревьями ценных пород и вид на горы. Основной формообразующей идеей комплек- са стал образ «волны-стены», которая обильно перфорирована лоджиями и проемами так, что за трехчастным членением исчезает истинный масштаб здания. Такой прием позволяет зака- муфлировать крупное здание в среду более мелких и разреженных объемов. В результате понижения этажности стало возможным созда- ние просторных лоджий и террас на верхних этажах.

The main values of the plot of land surround- ed by the low-rise houses and green areas are the park with gorgeous old trees of valuable species and the mountain view. The basic shape-forming idea of the complex was the image of the “wave- wall”, which is abundantly perforated with stanzas and apertures so that the real scale of the building disappears behind the three-part division. This ap- proach helps hide the large building into an envi- ronment of smaller distributed structures. As a re- sult of decreasing the number of floors it became possible to create spacious stanzas and terraces on top floors.
