первый квартал | 1-я очередь строительства | Этот квартал, также как и 4-й входит в первую очередь строительства. 4 дома – угловой каменный (башня) и 3 кирпичных дома от ССА стоят на двухуровневом стилобате, в котором размещены магазины, офисы, вестибюли и проходит дорога в школу. 2 дома (каменный и кирпичный) проектирует бюро «Ракурс». Под комплексом находятся двухуровневый паркинг, техпомещения и кладовые для жильцов. Внутри квартала – озелененный двор, на который ведут пешеходные мостики из вестибюлей жилых домов.

FIRST QUARTER | 1st stage of construction | This quarter, the same as the 4th one, comes under the first stage of construction. 4 buildings – a corner stone building (tower) and 3 buildings made out of brick from SSA are based on the 2-level stylobate where stores, offices, lobbies and a road to school are located. 2 buildings (1 made of stone and 1 made of brick) are designed by Rakurs bureau. Two-level parking, technical premises and stockrooms to be used by occupants of flats are located under the complex. Pedestrian overpasses lead from lobbies of residential buildings to a green courtyard located inside the quarter.
