В этом проекте мастерская Сергея Скурато- ва выступила в качестве генпроектировщика, создателя дизайн-кода, а также проектировщи- ка подземной части, значительной части зданий и ландшафта. Переработка бывшей промышлен- ной территории в жилые кварталы учитывает та- кие факторы, как возможность поэтапного осво- ения площадки, актуальное состояние окружа- ющей застройки и перспективы ее изменения, реабилитацию существующих зданий, сочетание частного и общественного. Помимо «Сергей Ску- ратов Architects», в работе приняли участие еще 6 архитектурных бюро, спроектировавших от- дельные здания в разных кварталах.

In this project, Segey Skuratov’s bureau acted as the general designer, the developer of the design- code and the designer of the underground section, the most part of the buildings and the landscape. The transformation of the former industrial zone into residential districts considers such facts as the pos- sible phase-by-phase development of the area, the actual condition of the surrounding development and the perspectives of its change, rehabilitation of the existing buildings and the combination of the private and the common facilities. Besides Sergey Skuratove Architects, six other architectural bureaus were involved in the project, who became the de- signers of several buildings in different districts.
