Когда в начале 2000-х Сергей Скуратов про- ектировал жилой дом на этой же улице, образ- ное решение его было связано с окружением. Сейчас то здание и само стало неотъемлемой частью среды, в которой автор спроектиро- вал еще один жилой дом. Помимо этого виза- ви в непосредственной близости расположены офисные здания и здание счетной палаты. Пяти- этажная, десятиэтажная и двухэтажная секции сформированы в единый экспрессивный объ- ем, верхняя часть которого развернута в сторо- ну красивых видов и «старшего брата».

When in the beginning of the 2000s Sergey Skuratov was working at the design of a residen- tial building on the same street, the conceptual solution was connected with the environment. Now that building has become and integral part of the environment in which the author has de- signed another residential building. Besides this vis-a-vis, in the proximate vicinity are offices and the Audit Chamber building. The five-storyed, ten-storeyed and the two-storeyed sections are moulded in a single expressive volume, the up- per part of which faces picturesque views and the “big brother.”
