Создан столичный ансамбль, где все – от общего принципа застройки до деталей благоустройства и рекламы – подчинено единому замыслу и выполнено по единому проекту. Четкий ритм высоких зданий, широкие плоскости нарядных витрин торгового центра; крупномасштабная мозаика кинотеатра, посвященная теме Октябрьской революции, придают архитектуре проспекта праздничный характер. In this ensemble, everything – from the overall composition to the details of how services are envisioned and billboard advertisements are placed – is subordinate to the singular concept and realized as a uni- fied vision. The precise rhythm of the tall buildings, the broad planes of the well-dressed window displays of the com- mercial center, and the movie theater’s large-scale mosaic devoted to the October Revolution of 1917 add to the com- plex’s festive character.
