Глухой объем второго этажа покоится на мощных стенах-опорах, выступающих за пределы здания. Скульптурный рельеф над резко смещенным вправо главным входом подчеркивает белизну здания. И. The entire composition of this modestly scaled structure includes massive features with an asymmetrical composition that adds a sense of significance and in- ner tension to the building. The solid volume of the second floor is held by powerful load-bearing walls, projecting beyond the building’s envelope.
