The Leonardo Glass Cube project by 3Deluxe has the highest degree of mutual rapport between the environment and the building. The building that rep- resents a whole with the landscape is a masterpiece of graphic and esthetic unity. 3Deluxe design bureau fromGermany is well-known to make temporary pavilions and virtual concept of the future architecture. The designers’ first permanent structure looks like yet another deluxe biomorphic utopia. We see a common image of an office of the beginning of the 3rd millennium. Office buildings today are a kind of cultural phenomenon, architectural symbol of large companies reflects their field of activity, corporate policy, status and philosophy and turns into an effective way to attract attention from the PR point of view. Первая постройка архитекторов перманентного характера выгля- дит как очередная биоморфная 3D-утопия класса люкс. Перед нами собирательный образ современного офиса начала третьего тысячелетия. Офисное здание сегодня становится своеобразным культурнымфеноменом, архитектурный символ крупных компаний отражает область их деятельности, корпоративную политику, статус и философию, превращаясь, с точки зрения пиара, в эффективный способ привлечь внимание. К настоящему моменту сложилось несколько принципов современной офисной архитектуры – внешний вид, как правило, становится продолжением окружения, а внутреннее пространство непременно является отражением внешнего. Конструктивные элементы Leonardo glass cube определили внутренние особенности его интерьера. Линии несущих конструкций и пешеходных доро- жек совмещены в стеклянном кубе, что превращает ландшафт и объект в единое целое. Графические элементы на фасаде повторяются в интерьере и переходят в оформление ландшафта. В итоге здание как бы вырастает из земной поверхности.
