Second: from Vsekhsvyatskoye along the Leningrad Highway to the Stalin Automobile Plant, utilizing for this route the Leningrad Highway, Gorky Street, Kuz- netsky Most, Pushechnaya Street, Novaya and Sta- raya Squares, and the following streets: Solyanka, Yauzskaya, Internationalnaya, Radishevskaya and Bolshiye Kamenshchiky, Krutitsky Val, Simonovsky Val, Velozavodskaya Street and Tyufelev Boulevard. Third: from Ostankino Park through Maryna Ro- shcha, Rozhdestvenka, Kitay-gorod, Balchug, Bolsha- ya Ordinka and Malaya Ordinka, Lyussinovskaya, Zemlyanaya and Bolshaya Tulskaya to the Serpu- khovskaya Highway. 9. In addition to the central squares the following squares in the city shall be reconstructed: the squares in front of the railway stations and their approaches — Komsomolskaya, Kievskaya, the squares of the Kursk, Saratov, Savelovsky and the White Russian- Baltic Stations; Krestovskaya Zastava, Arbat, Smolen- skaya, Sovietskaya, Pushkinskaya, Triumphalnaya, Sokolniky Circle, Commune, Krimskaya, Krasmiiye Vo- rota, Taganskaya, Krestyanskaya, 1905 Square, Pre- obrazhenskaya Zastava, Oktyabrskaya Zastava, Do- brininska^'a Zastava and Kaluzhskaya Zastava. Archi- tecturally well treated houses shall be built on them. In planning and designing these squares broad pas- sages for traffic shall be provided and parking space for automobiles shall be reserved over which no traf- fic shall be permitted.
