The composition of the group forms an extended line. Each house is divided into two volumes, visually increasing their number. All houses have the same general layout: two towers, which are contrasted in proportion and size, are connected by a transparent stairwell. The facade expressiveness is achieved through interaction of large and small windows. At the same time, each house has its own system of windows, which takes into account the building orientation on the site and with respect to the cardinal points. The color scheme for each the group is picked out based on a certain algorithm: the low vol- umes of all houses are painted the same way, while each high tower has its own color. There are large covered terraces on the roofs of the low towers. The beautiful views of the water surface and islands, which open from these observation decks, add a new quality to the houses and create a romantic flair.
