Частная вилла располагается высоко в горах не- далеко от Сочи, на границе горного заповедника. Общая площадь дома составляет 600 м 2 , плюс 400 м 2 открытых террас. Изначально на данном участке была естественная ровная площадка с небольшим уклоном, идеально подходящая для строительства дома. Из окон всех комнат открываются захватывающие виды на зелёные горы, уходящие вниз к морю. Внешний образ здания напоминает ленту Мёбиуса, олицетворя- ющую знак бесконечности. К главному входу ве- дёт лестница трапецевидной формы, которая об- условлена архитектурой здания. Для того, чтобы не зарывать дом сильно под землю, было при- нято решение поднять его немного над землёй, так, чтобы его задняя часть оказалась на уровне земли. Это также улучшило обзор с главной тер- расы дома. Цокольный этаж заняли гараж, тех- нические помещения, винный погреб и домаш- ний кинотеатр. Этажом выше расположились общественные зоны. В гостиной — остекление вдоль одной стороны панорамное и есть выход на террасу с бассейном. Здесь же, на этаже, на- ходятся зона spa, за лестницей незаметно спря- таны постирочная и гостевая комнаты. Из гос- тиной можно попасть на террасу под навесом с камином и летней кухней-столовой. Тамможно укрыться от солнца даже в самый жаркий день. На втором уровне располагаются три спальни, каждая из которых имеет свой санузел, гарде- робную и балкон. Хозяйская спальня имеет вы- ход на большую террасу.

This private villa is located high in the mountains next to Sochi, right on the border of a mountain wildlife sanctuary. The house’s total area comprises 600 m 2 , plus 400 m 2 of open terraces. Originally, this site was a naturally flat area with a small gradient, thus being ide- al for the construction of a house. Windows of every room offer breathtaking views of green mountains stretching down to the sea. The external appearance of the building resembles a Möbius band, personify- ing the sign of infinity. A trapezoidal staircase leads to the main entrance, its shape being determined by the building’s architecture. In order to avoid burying the house too much underground it was decided to raise it slightly above the ground, so that its back end would stay at ground level. It also improved the view from the house’s main terrace. The basement floor is occupied by a garage, service premises, a wine cellar, and a home cinema. The next floor houses the com- mon-use areas. The living room has panoramic glaz- ing along one side, and offers access to a terrace with a swimming pool. The same floor accommodates a spa area, and there are a laundry room and a guest room hidden behind the stairs. From the living room one can transit to a canopied terrace that has a fire- place and a summer eat-in kitchen. It offers protection from the sun even on the hottest days. On the top floor there are three bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom, cloakroom, and balcony. The master bed- room offers access to a large terrace.
