Квартира площадью 120 м 2 принадлежит доволь- ноизвестномумолодому пианисту, которыймно- го гастролирует по миру либо живёт в Нью-Йор- ке, а большую часть времени в ней проводят его родители. Небольшой светлый холл делит квар- тиру на общую и приватную зоны. В общей зоне находятся кухня–гостиная с роялем и гостевой санузел, а в приватной — две спальни, ванная комната и постирочная. В интерьере примене- ны мягкие, но контрастные решения. В прихо- жей на стене декор из чёрно-белых фотографий мировых концертных залов, в которых выступал хозяин дома. Стена с телевизором является од- новременно системой хранения и рабочим ме- стом. Спальня родителей выполнена в сдержан- ных бело-коричневых тонах, а в комнате сына ярким акцентом стала орнаментальная стена в стиле чёрно-белого Пита Мондриана.

This apartment with an area of 120 m 2 belongs to a rather famous young pianist, who most of the time tours the world or lives in New York, and most of the time the apartment is occupied by his parents. A small bright hall divides the apartment into a com- mon area and a private zone. In the common area there is a kitchen-living room with a grand piano and a guest bathroom, while the private area comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room. The interior employs soft, but contrasting solutions. The hallway’s walls are decorated with black-and-white photos of world concert halls in which the apart- ment’s owner had performed. The wall on which the TV set is mounted also incorporates a storage system and a working space. The parents’ bedroom uses re- strained white and brown hues, while the son’s room is accentuated by an ornamental wall in the black- and-white Piet Mondrian style.
