Гостевой дом планировался как дополнительное строение к основному дому, интерьер которого также выполнен бюро Александры Фёдоровой. Так как внешний облик основного дома, спро- ектированный застройщиком посёлка, — клас- сический, то и форма дома-бани получилась достаточно классической, со скатной крышей. Внутри заказчики хотели подобие домашнего кафе в стиле «лофт», нечто практичное, куда мож- но пригласить гостей, не снимая обувь, залить всё шампанским, отмечать праздники, одним словом, пространство для посиделок. На первом этаже разместились гостиная с камином, не- большая зона spa с бассейном, гостевая спаль- ня и кухня. На втором этаже — две спальни и два санузла. В подвале расположен бар с пивной комнатой, где варится живое пиво. Здесь также есть кухня и комната для разделывания дичи, поскольку заказчик — охотник. Интерьер полу- чился брутальным, в материалах отделки ис- пользуется керамогранит под металл, под пати- ну, грубые доски с сучками, лестница выполнена из затёртого металла, а её ограждения — из ме- таллической сетки. Цветовая палитра интерьера насыщенная (бирюзовый, цвет патины и ржавчи- ны), в то же время все цвета натуральные, при- родные и гармоничные.

The guest house was planned as an additional build- ing next to the main house, whose interior was also designed by Alexandra Fedorova’s Bureau. Since the external appearance of the main house, which was designed by the community’s developer, had a classic style, the guest house’s shape was also de- signed to be quite classical, with a sloping roof. The clients wanted the guest house’s interior to resem- ble a loft-style home cafe, to be something pragmat- ic, so one could invite the guests not to remove their shoes when entering, a place to spill champagne on everything, celebrate holidays — in a word, they want- ed a space for get-togethers. The first floor accom- modates a living room with a fireplace, a small spa area with a swimming pool, a guest bedroom, and a kitchen. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The basement houses a bar with a beer room where live beer is brewed. There is also a kitchen and room for butchering the game meat, be- cause the client is a hunter. The resulting interior has a brutal feeling, since the finishing materials used are metal-imitation and patina-imitation porcelain tiles, rough boards with knots, the stairway is made of worn metal with metal mesh used for railings. The color palette of the interior is rich (turquoise, patina-color- ed, and rust-colored), and at the same time all colors are genuine, natural, and harmonious.
