Строительство дома в Подмосковье заняло в об- щей сложности пять лет. Изначально спроекти- рованный дом не устраивал своим внешним видом, поэтому перед бюро Александры Фёдо- ровой стояла задача провести небольшой ре- стайлинг фасадов и выполнить интерьер. Рези- денция площадью 1000 м 2 имеет три этажа, один из которых подземный. На первом уровне дома расположена вся общественная часть, включая прихожую, гараж и просторную гостиную. Лест- ничный холл отличает высокий потолок, а сту- пени лестницы консольно выступают из стены и облицованы белым корианом. Ограждения лестницы разработаны архитекторами специ- ально для этого проекта и изготовлены из ме- таллических цилиндров, которые будто пересе- каются друг с другом. В общей зоне на первом этаже расположены столовая и каминная. Кухня немного обособлена от гостиной и имеет боль- шой стол для завтраков и удобную зону готов- ки с островом, из кухни предусмотрен выход на террасу. Крытый бассейн сложной формы делит- ся на две части — плавательную зону и джакузи. Спальня родителей с отдельным санузлом также находится на первом этаже. На втором уровне расположились спальня хозяина дома с гарде- робом и санузлом, комната брата и две детские. В зоне спален потолки были слишком высокие, поэтому тут организованы антресольные уров- ни, где может быть библиотека или кабинет. Цо- кольный этаж занимают домашний кинотеатр, игровая комната, бильярдная с баром и техниче- ские помещения.

Construction of this house in Moscow’s suburbs took a total of five years. The house’s original design did not satisfy the client based on its external appear- ance, so they contracted the Alexandra Fedorova’s Bureau to do a minor restyling of the facades and to design the interior. The 1,000 m 2 residence has three floors, one of which is located underground. The first level of the house accommodates all of the common areas, including an entrance hall, a garage, and a spa- cious living room. The stairway hall is distinguished by a high ceiling, while the stairs’ overhanging steps that protrude from the wall are faced with white Cori- an. The stairway’s railings were designed by the archi- tects specifically for this project, and are made of met- al cylinders that seem to intersect one another. The first floor’s common area houses a dining room and a fireplace room. The kitchen is somewhat isolated from the living room and has a large breakfast table and a comfortable cooking area with an island. The kitchen offers access to a terrace. An indoor swim- ming pool of a complex shape is divided into two parts — a swimming area and a jacuzzi. The parents’ bedroom with a private bathroom are also located on the first floor. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a cloakroom and a bathroom, a broth- er’s room and two children’s rooms. The ceilings were too high in the bedroom zone, so mezzanine levels were arranged there, potentially accommodating a li- brary or a study. The semibasement floor is occupied by a home cinema, a games room, a billiard room with a bar, and service premises.
