Цель проекта — поиск оптимального объёмно-планировочного решения высотного жи- лого комплекса, которому предстоит служить архитектурной доминантой окружающего пространства. Основной подход к комплексу осуществляется со стороны метро и плат- формы «Электрозаводская» и в дальнейшем — метро «Рубцовская». Для пешеходов, движущихся со стороны Рубцовской набережной, предлагается продлить пешеходный мост, соединив его со вторым уровнем торгового центра. У павильона метро запроекти- рована пешеходная площадь, куда обращены входы в торговый центр. Комплекс состо- ит из 3-этажного стилобата торгового центра и двух 25-этажных жилых башен с подзем- ной автостоянкой. На первом этаже предлагается разместить отдельные двухуровневые магазины по принципу «стрит ритейл», второй и третий этажи выступают консолью, расширяя пространство этажа и позволяя организовать на этих уровнях полноценную торговую галерею с разными форматами магазинов. The goal of the project is to find an optimal spatial planning solution for a high-rise residen- tial complex, which will serve as an architectural centerpiece of the neighborhood. The main entrance to the complex is organized from the underground (Metro) and Electrozavodskaya platform— in the future Rubtsovskaya Metro Station. For pedestrians moving from the side of Rubtsovskaya Embankment, it is suggested to extend the footbridge having connected it with the second level of the shopping mall. A pedestrian square with the entrances to the shop- ping mall is planned near the Metro Pavilion. The complex includes a 3-storeyed stylobate of a shopping mall and two 25-storeyed residential towers with an underground parking lot. It is suggested to place separate two-level shops on the ground floor, like in “street retail”; the first and the second floors form a cantilever extending the space and making it possible to organ- ize on these levels a proper shopping gallery with various shopping formats.
