Многофункциональный комплекс спроектирован как часть транспортно-пересадочного узла станции «Ботанический сад» на северо-востоке Москвы, выделенный под за- стройку участок граничит с природным комплексом парка. На участке расположены два здания: торгово-офисный центр и апарт-отель. Объём офисного центра располага- ется в трёхэтажной торговой части. Общая композиция комплекса выстроена на конт- расте форм малоэтажного монолитного объёма и высоких остеклённых корпусов, вну- три участка выполнено благоустройство территории, которая соединяется с парком пе- шеходными путями и малыми архитектурными формами. The multifunctional complex was designed as a part of the transport hub infrastructure near the Botanichesky Sad metro station in the north-east of Moscow. The site allocated for con- struction borders with a natural park. There are 2 buildings on the site: a shopping and busi- ness center and an apartment hotel. Located atop, the business center hovers above the three-story commercial part. The compositional solution is based on the contrast between the low-rise monolithic volume and the high glazed buildings. On-site development works and landscaping are completed. Street furniture is installed creating an active, safe, and attractive public realm. Pedestrian walkways connect the site with the neighboring park.
